Four steps. No runaround.
No tow trucks, no waiting rooms, no automated phone menus. You describe the job, Tim quotes it straight, and the work happens at your location — anywhere in the DFW metroplex.
From request to done.
Here's the whole pipeline — what you do, what Tim does, and how the job lands in your driveway.
Submit Your Request
Tell us what you need, your vehicle, and when works for you. The intake takes under two minutes — no account, no phone tag.
Tim Reviews It Personally
Every request lands in Tim's queue and he reads it himself. No dispatch software, no call center deciding who's worth a callback.
He Reaches Out Directly
Tim texts or calls to confirm the details, lock a time, and give you a straight quote for your specific vehicle and job.
The Work Comes to You
Home, office, or a parking lot — Tim shows up with the tools and does the job right, on your schedule and in your driveway.
What each step actually looks like
Step 1 — Submit your request (about two minutes)
The request form walks you through six quick screens: what you need (repair, detailing, or both), the specific service or symptom, your vehicle's year, make, and model, where the car is, how soon you need it, and how to reach you. No account creation, no password, no phone tag. The more detail you give — especially about symptoms — the more accurate the first quote will be.
Step 2 — Tim reviews it personally
Every request lands directly with Tim, not with dispatch software deciding who's worth a callback. He reads what you wrote, thinks through the job against your specific vehicle, and figures out what parts and time it realistically takes. That's the benefit of 4+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles — the quote you get is built on someone actually understanding the work, not a flat-rate table.
Step 3 — He reaches out directly
Tim calls or texts within 24–72 hours to confirm details, answer your questions, and give you a straight number for your vehicle and job. If something about the symptom needs clarifying, this is where he asks. If the job isn't a good fit for mobile work, this is where he tells you honestly instead of booking it anyway. Ready to move forward? A 50% deposit locks in the appointment, with the balance settled when the work is done.
Step 4 — The work comes to you
On the scheduled day, Tim shows up with every tool the job needs — jacks, stands, diagnostics gear, detailing equipment, all of it. You point him at the car, and go back to your life. When the work is done, he walks you through what was done and, if anything else came up during the job, what he found. You settle the remaining balance on exactly what was agreed — and anything discovered mid-job was shown to you and approved before it was touched.
Mobile service vs. the traditional shop
Think about what a shop visit actually costs beyond the invoice. If the car drives: you drive it in, arrange a ride back, wait for a call, arrange a ride again, and pick it up — often across two days. If the car doesn't drive: add a tow bill before anyone has even looked at it.
- No tow needed — dead battery, failed starter, brake failure: the mechanic comes to the disabled car, not the other way around.
- Zero waiting-room hours — the work happens while you work, at your home or office.
- One person, full accountability — the person who quoted the job is the person turning the wrenches and the person who answers for the result.
- Transparent scope — anything discovered mid-job is shown to you and approved before it's touched.
The honest trade-off: a small number of jobs genuinely require a lift, alignment rack, or specialty machinery. When yours is one of them, Tim says so at step 3 — before you've committed anything — rather than attempting shop work in a driveway.
Scheduling that fits real life
Weekdays, weekends, early mornings, evenings — most jobs land within the same week. Repair and detailing can be combined into a single visit, and Tim covers 45+ cities across the metroplex, so "too far out" almost never applies inside DFW.
